How to use the points

    Login > When you pay after reservation made > KidZania membership > Select a gift > Check the amount of discount

  • Notice
    1. 1) If you purchase item with your points, your points will be deducted.
    2. 2) Points will be usable when conditions of payment of each sector are accepted and you can not pay some part of addmission with points.
    3. 3) Points should be used for yourself only and these points are not transferable.
    4. 4) If you have made your payments using your points, you cannot refund or cancel your reservation for small changes and only cancellation of whole reservation is allowed.
      • - You cannot cancel your reservation after the date of admission.
      • - If you cancel your reservation and have made your payments using your points, your points will be usable on the next day.
    5. 5) Your membership point will not be transferable and if in any chance used commercially, we will cancel accumulating those points.
    6. 6) You can view history of your points through log in >> My KidZania >> Membership points.

Cancelling Membership

  • You can withdraw your membership via on site customer satisfaction center or our call center, not via our homepage.
  • After the date of withdrawing membership, all of your points will automatically extinct.
  • You will not be able to restore your extinct points by rejoining.
  • We manage members of homepage and KidZania members seperatly. Even if you withdraw your membership, you will still be a member in homepage membership.

Membership Terms of Service

  1. Article 1 (Purpose)
    The purpose of the General Terms and Conditions is to define pertinent rights, obligations and pertinent procedure of Kidzania membership in using the Kidzania membership service that is provided by MBC Playbe Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kidzania") with respect to the Kidzania membership service.
  2. Article 2 (Definitions)
    1. ① Kidzania membership service (hereinafter referred to as the "membership service" is the service that Kidzania provided for the Kidzania members that its summary is described on Article 4 of the General Terms and Conditions.
    2. ② The Kidzania membership card(called as Mobile Membership Card)is the card approved by Kidzania not to normally use the membership service by Kidzania membership member that it is issued by Kidzania or Kidzania's affiliated card company.
    3. ③ Kidzania member (hereinafter referred to as the ‘member') means the person granted with the authority to normally use the membership card as issued.
    4. ④ Kidzania membership affiliated company and Kidzania membership affiliated store (hereinafter referred to as the ‘affiliated store') means the business premises that enters into a contract between Kidzania and affiliated store and provide benefits to Kidzania members. The affiliated store status and various events are confirmed from information leaflet or the Company homepage (www.kidzania.co.kr) and the affiliated stores shall have the attachment of sticker as subscribed store, poster and other membership service use information.
    5. ⑤ The Kidzania membership point (hereinafter referred to as the ‘point') is to acquire for using the membership service by members that the detailed matters on its acquisition and use are described on Article 5, Article 6 and Article 7 of the General Terms and Conditions.
    6. ⑥ KidZania Mobile App(called as ‘Mobile App') indicates the mobile app which is operated by KidZania.
    7. ⑦ KidZania Membership Card (called as Mobile Membership Card) indicates the membership in SK Planet Syrup App
  3. Article 3 (Membership Subscription and Issuance of Membership Card)
    1. ① A Customers who want to sign up for the Membership must sign up for KidZania website or KidZania Mobile App first.
    2. ②The personal information for KidZania website or Mobile App (Name, Date of Birth, Cell Phone Number) matches to the sign up information for telecom company.
    3. ③ Detailed issuance procedure of the membership card is shown as follows.
      1. (1) Kidzania method
        A. Customer younger than 14 years old: It requires the consent of parent or another legal representative to subscribe to member and use the Kidzania. For membership subscription, it receives the contact of the legal representative and the subscription is given for membership member only with the written consent of the legal representative, and the personal information of the legal representative may be requested. The personal information of the legal representative is used only for the purpose of consent the membership subscription of child less than 14 years of age, and when using for different purpose, it shall be facilitated after receiving the consent in accordance with the procedure specified on the personal information handling policy.
        B. Customer of 14 years or older: The Kidzania membership card received after preparing the membership subscription application can be used.
      2. (2) Kidzania affiliated card
        The application for issuance is possible for those who are 18 years or older, and through the issuing shops for each affiliated card, membership subscription is made, and in the event that the issuance application is made, it goes through the issuance procedure to forward to the address filled in on the membership subscription application through the issuance procedure.
    4. ④ If your membership card either becomes damaged or lost, you can always reissue your membership card. However, additional charges may occur.
  4. Article 4 (Membership Service)
    1. ① A member may have the points reserved when purchasing the admission ticket. Detailed reservation method and reservation criteria are provided in accordance with the point reservation criteria of Article 5 of the General Terms and Conditions.
    2. ② A member any use the reserved points to exchange with the gift provided by Kidzania. Detailed point use method and use criteria are provided in accordance with the point use criteria of Article 6 of the General Terms and Conditions.
    3. ③ Any member may receive separate benefit for discount or others in accordance with the contract consummated between Kidzania and affiliated store when presenting the membership card at the affiliated store.
    4. ④ We distinguish members of KidZania according to their membership level, which indicates additional benefits may occur to certain members of KidZania.
  5. Article 5 (Reservation of Membership Point)
    1. ① If you purchase tickets via our website or have shown your membership card on site to purchase our tickets, we will accumulate mileage points according to your membership level and the rates of the mileage points vary upon your membership level. In addition, the point reservation is available only when making the paid purchase of the admission ticket and reservation after the admission is not permissible. Contents of the reserved point may be confirmed on the following date after the admission.
    2. ② A member has to present the membership card when purchasing the admission ticket to be entitled to the reserve and there is no limit for the reserved points.
    3. ③ When making the purchase with Kidzania invitation ticket/ service ticket (season ticket, family/children/adult and others) and group price, no point will be reserved.
    4. ④ A member may have additional reserve for the points through the participation of advance event notice by Kidzania. In this case, the
    5. reserved point is reserved in accordance with the separately notified standard when notifying for the event. ⑤ In the event that the contents already paid are refunded, the point applicable to the applicable refund amount shall be cancelled for reservation.
  6. Article 6 (Use of Membership Point)
    1. ① Any member holding points may receive benefits for each point in accordance with certain procedure set forth by Kidzania, such as, membership card presentation, ID presentation or the like at the Kidzania site and homepage and contents on benefit for each point shall be notified separately on the Kidzania homepage.
    2. ② Benefit for each point is subject to change depending on the situation of Kidzania.
    3. ③ Kidzania may implement event for members who have accomplished certain standard or more of points and the applicable gift and participating points are notified in advance of implementing the event.
    4. ④ In the event that the benefit for each point is received as in Paragraph 1, 2 and 3 of this Article, the application membership service point will be deducted to use and the benefit for each point already received shall not be refunded.
  7. Article 7 (Correction, Cancellation and Termination of Membership Point)
    1. ① In the event that there is any error in reserving the membership point, the member shall make correction application to Kidzania within 90 days from the time of error, and Kidzania may adjust within 3 months from the correction application date of the member. However, the member shall present Kidzania with the bill or data to prove the error in reserving the membership service.
    2. ② The expiry date of your accumulated mileage points last until 30th of April of two years from now and if you in any chance decide not to use these mileage points by then, they will extinct on 30th of April of two years from now. However, this does not affect entitlement of the membership. However, the membership qualification is maintained continuously. (Modification)
  8. Article 8 (Use and Management of Membership Card)
    1. ① The membership card shall be used by the member and it shall not be loaned to others or used for transfer or security purposes.
    2. ② In the event that the membership card is damaged, lost or stolen by intentional or negligent act of a member in an accident (hereinafter referred to as the "accident"), the member shall notify the fact to Kidzania without delay.
    3. ③ In the event that a notice is received under Paragraph 2 of this Article from a member, Kidzania shall take pertinent action required, such as suspending the use of applicable membership card and registration of accident without delay. However, Kidzania shall not take any responsibility on damages inflicted prior to the time of notify under Paragraph 2 of this Article by the applicable member.
    4. ④ In the event that a member intends to use the membership service in an affiliated store, it shall present the membership card to the affiliated store. However, "presenting the membership card" means that the customer that intends to use the membership service, such as, any act of showing the membership card to the affiliated store, act to input the membership card number, and so forth, means the act to verify that it is the member legitimately recognized from Kidzania.
    5. ⑤ In the event that a member presents the membership card to any affiliated store in order to use the membership service, the affiliated store may request the member to present the ID for confirming its identity. In this case, the member may be provided with the normal membership service by complying with the requests of the affiliated stores.
    6. ⑥ A member shall immediately notify Kidzania in the event that there is any change in address, TEL and other personal information or any loss or stealing of membership card, and all results generated by not notified by member shall be the responsibility of member.
  9. Article 9 (Obligations of Member)
    1. ① A member shall comply with the matters notified by Kidzania through matters defined under the General Terms and Conditions, service information or notice and others and it shall refrain from any act to interfere the affairs of Kidzania.
    2. ② A member shall not engage in any business activities by using membership service provided by Kidzania and membership service with the benefit (point, giveaway and others) that is provided by membership service.
    3. ③ A member shall not re-sell the ticket purchased to another customer, and if in violation, the benefit (point, giveaway and others) that is provided by membership service shall be returned.
    4. ④ A member shall not transfer or bequeath the right to use or other service contract position of the membership service to another and it shall not be provided for security.
  10. Article 10 (Withdrawal of Member and Disqualification)
    1. ① Members can deactivate their account anytime through the KidZania website or the call center (1544-5110). KidZania must process their request as soon as possible. When you deactivate your membership, you will automatically deactivate your KidZania website membership. All you previous records will be deleted and you cannot re-sign up within 30 days with the same ID and personal information.
    2. ② In the event that a member is applicable to any of the followings, the applicable member shall take the responsibility on all issues related thereto and Kidzania may loss the qualification of the member with the notice on applicable member.
      1. In the event that a member registered false contents at the time of applying for the membership service
      2. In the event that a member breaches obligations of member under Article 9 of the General Terms and Conditions
      3. In the event that a member is issued with the membership card in method not set forth by Kidzania or uses and reserves in illegitimate method for membership service and point
    3. ③ In the event that a member is deceased, the qualification is lost without separate notice.
    4. ④ Any member who is disqualified for membership due to any cause of Paragraph 2 of this Article may clarify that the cause of Paragraph 2 of this Article is not caused by its negligence or intentional act. In this case, in the event that the assertion is considered as reasonable by reviewing the clarification contents of member, Kidzania may allow the member to use the normal membership service.
    5. ⑤ In the event that the membership withdrawal or disqualification is finalized, the membership point reserved for the member is extinguished together.
  11. Article 11 (Suspension and Expiration of Membership Service)
    1. ① The provision period of the membership service shall not be set forth separately in principle. However, due to the modification or termination of the Agreement with the affiliated stores with Kidzania, provision and part of contents of the membership service may be modified or cancelled in accordance with the affiliated stores.
    2. ② Kidzania shall make continuous effort for providing continuous and stable membership service in accordance with matters set forth under the General Terms and Conditions and, when the facilities have any interference or loss, it shall be repaired and recovered without delay. However, in the event of natural disaster, emergency crisis or other inevitable cause, the membership service may be suspended or expired temporarily.
    3. ③ In the event that the membership service is normally expired, Kidzania shall inform the member by applying the notice method defined under Article 13 (1) of the General Terms and Conditions at least one month prior to the date of ending the membership service.
    4. ④ Any member shall be have the membership service point benefit after the service expiration date of the previous Paragraph and the membership point is automatically extinguished on April 30 of the next to next following year of the reserve year. The point benefit is provided until the point expiration time, and in the event that the point benefit is suspended due to the Company's situation, the notice method defined under Article 13 (1) of the General Terms and Conditions shall be applied and informed to members at least 3 months prior to the suspension date.
  12. Article 12 (Information Conveyance to Members)
    1. ① In order to deliver event and winning information, Kidzania may use e-mail address, SMS and others registered by member.
    2. ② In the event that a member does not want to receive message in e-mail address, SMS and others, it may use Kidzania homepage or toll-free call to refuse to receive.
    3. ③ Kidzania shall not forward any profit-oriented advertisement e-mail not consented by user.
    4. ④ Any child less than 14 years of age is not forwarded with any advertisement mail.
  13. Article 13 (Revision of the General Terms and Conditions)
    1. ① The General Terms and Conditions may be revised from time to time, and it shall be notified to the members by one or more methods defined hereunder for the fact to revise the General Terms and Conditions or contents of revision at least 7 days in advance from the date to apply the revised General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "effective date") for Kidzania in the event that the General Terms and Conditions shall be revised. However, in the event that the contents of the General Terms and Conditions are modified adversely to members, it shall be notified at least 30 days in advance of reserve period.

    2. ② In the event that the fact of revision and revised contents for the General Terms and Conditions by the method of e-mail notice or written notice by Kidzania, the member shall notify it to the e-mail address or mail address most recently provided from the e-mail addresses or other addresses already provided to Kidzania.
    3. ③ The revised General Terms and Conditions under the provision of this Article (hereinafter referred to as the "revised General Terms and Conditions") shall be effective from the effective date and on in principle.
    4. ④ Any member having any objection in relation to the revision of the General Terms and Conditions is subject for membership withdrawal. However, any member not withdrew from the membership within 30 days after the notice of Kidzania following the matters set forth under Paragraph 1 or Paragraph 2 of this Article shall be considered as agreeing to the revised General Terms and Conditions.
  14. Article 14 (Damage Compensation)
    1. ① In the event that there is any loss to Kidzania due to a member breaching the provision of the General Terms and Conditions, the member breaching the General Terms and Conditions shall make full damage compensation inflicting on Kidzania.
    2. ② For a member to use the service, in the event that there is any tort activity or breach of the General Terms and Conditions to cause Kidzania to receive various complaints, such as, claim for damage compensation or litigation from a third party other than members, the member shall hold Kidzania harmless with its own responsibility and expense, and in the event that Kidzania is not exempted, the member shall make full compensation for damages inflicted upon Kidzania.
  15. Article 15 (Exemptions)
    1. ① Kidzania shall be exempted of its responsibility on service provision in the event that it cannot provide the service due to the natural disaster or its equivalent force majeure.
    2. ② Kidzania shall not be responsible for interference of service use from the fault of member.
    3. ③ Kidzania shall not be responsible for any loss from the data gained for each the service or loss of expected income by using the service by member.
    4. ④ Kidzania shall not be responsible for any content on reliability, accuracy and others of information, data or fact posted on the service by the member.
    5. ⑤ shall not be responsible for any loss from intentional or negligent act of subscriber from the losses generated to subscriber in relations to the service use.
  16. Article 16 (Court of Jurisdiction)
    ① In the event that there is any litigation on the dispute arising from the service use, and in the event that there is not stipulation made, both parties may raise litigation to the court of jurisdiction under the Civil Litigation Act.

The General Terms and Conditions shall be implemented from May 1, 2013.
