CHAPTER I PURPOSE

The purpose of the General Terms and Conditions is to define rights, obligations and other required matters of user, conditions and procedure of use of internet related service (hereinafter referred to as the "service") provided by theme park KidZania Seoul (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") as operated by MBC Playbe Co., Ltd.

CHAPTER II EFFECTIVENESS AND MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The service is provided on the condition for user to accept without modification for the provision defined under the General Terms and Conditions. When this service is used, user may mean to agree to user on the General Terms and Conditions.
The Company posts the contents of the General Terms and Conditions, trade name, business location, name of representative, business registration number contact (TEL, FAX, e-mail address and others) on the initial service screen (front) of the service for user to find out.
The Company may revise the General Terms and Conditions within the scope not to be violating the pertinent laws and regulations for the Act on Consumer Protection on E-Commerce and Etc, the Act on Regulation of the General Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on E-Commerce, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion on Service of Information Communication Network and Information Protection, the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, the Consumer Protection Act and other pertinent laws and regulations.
In the event that the General Terms and Conditions are revised by the Company, the Company shall notify the fact of revision and revised contents of the General Terms and Conditions at least7 days from the date to apply the revised General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "validity date") to the members with one or more methods as defined on the followings.

Any member who does not consent to the contents of the modified General Terms and Conditions may suspend the use of service and withdraw from the membership. However, in the event that there is no request for withdrawal within 10 days after the application date of the revised General Terms and Conditions, it is considered as agreeing to the modification of the General Terms and Conditions. However, in the event that the user that consummated the Agreement receives the consent of the Company by transmitting the intent to receive the application of the revised provision of the General Terms and Conditions within the notice period of the revised General Terms and Conditions under Paragraph 4, the revised provision of the General Terms and Conditions shall be applied.
Any member who does not consent to the contents of the modified General Terms and Conditions may suspend the use of service and withdraw from the membership. However, in the event that there is no request for withdrawal within 10 days after the application date of the revised General Terms and Conditions, it is considered as agreeing to the modification of the General Terms and Conditions.
With respect to the contents not set forth under the General Terms and Conditions and interpretation of the General Terms and Conditions, it shall follow the Act on Consumer Protection on E-Commerce and Etc. set forth by the government, and pertinent laws and regulations or commercial practice.

CHAPTER III COMPLIANCE OF RULES OTHER THAN GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In the event that the matter not specified on the General Terms and Conditions is defined on domestic pertinent laws and regulations, it shall follow the provisions of pertinent laws and regulations.

CAHPTER IV DEFINITIONS

Definitions of the terminology used in the General Terms and Conditions are shown as follows.

User: It means members and non-members having the service that is provided by the Company in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions by linking to the service.
Member: Any person or entire members granted with the member ID with the member registration through the company's homepage
Non-member: It means the person using the service that the Company provides without subscribing to members.
ID: It means to obtain the approval of the Company with the registration for members to use the service and identification of members.
Password: It means the combination of characters and figures set forth by members by confirming the member consistent to the ID registered by members and protect the confidentiality of member.
Termination: It means the Company or member to open the service and terminate the service contract.

CHAPTER V USE OF SERVICE

Article 1 (Establishment of the Service Agreement

User has to fill in the member information in accordance with the subscription form set forth by the Company and the membership subscription is applied by showing its intention to agree to the General Terms and Conditions.
The period of the service contract is the time to reach the consent of the Company to the members after agreeing to the General Terms and Conditions of service for service user.

Article 2 (Application to Use)

For using this service, all user information is recorded to apply as required for certain subscription application form of the Company.
All user information recorded on the subscription application form is considered as the actual data. Any user who does not input real name or actual information shall not be entitled to the legal protection and may have the service restricted.
The underage child (child less than 14 years of age) may subscribe for membership after the personal certification (i-PIN and mobile phone certification) of the legal representative (parent) and the service on the contract, such as, e-commerce and others, is restricted.
A member shall be limited to domestic resident and no organization and corporation shall be able to subscribe as the member.

Article 3 (Consent of Application to Use)

In the event that it is applicable to the followings, the Company may reserve its approval until the cause to restrict the consent on the applicable is resolved.
- In the event that there are no spares in service related facilities
- In the event that there is any technical interference
- In the event that it is recognized as required by the Company
In the event that it is applicable to the followings, the Company may not consent to it.
- In the event that the name of someone else is used to apply
- In the event that the user information is falsely recorded and applied upon the application to use
- In the event that it is applied for the purpose of disrupting social well-being and general norm
- In the event that the certain requirement of application to use of the Company is not satisfied

CHAPTER VI USE OF SERVICE AND RESTRICTIONS

The service use shall be provided all year long for 24 hours a day unless otherwise having special interference on the job or technical matters of the Company in principle.
From the services provided by the Company, part is available for service through ID and password recognized by the Company with the subscription to the membership.
When suspending the service on Paragraph 1, it shall be notified to members by the method under Chapter 5.
The Company shall make the damage compensation inflicted on members or third party by temporary suspension of the service provision under Paragraph 1. However, in the event that there is no intention or negligence to the Company, no responsibility shall be rendered.

CHAPTER VII BENEFITS OF MEMBERS

The Company shall have the priority right to participate in various events managed by the Company in future.
The member may receive benefits of service use with the membership subject from the information service.
The member may have several benefits with automatic subscription on various events managed by the Company. Various relationships of rights and obligations arising from it shall be constituted by agreeing at the time of membership subscription.

CHAPTER VIII RESPONSIBILITIES

Article 1 (Obligations of the Company)

The Company enables to use the service that a member applied unless otherwise having special cause thereof.
The Company shall have the obligation to provide the service continuously and stably in accordance with matters set forth under the General Terms and Conditions.
In the event that it is acknowledged as justified for its opinion or discontent raised by the members, the Company shall process it goods and others.
The Company shall have the obligation to protect the personal information that a member provided.

Article 2 (Obligations of the Member)

The responsibility of management on ID and password shall be on members.
In the event that its ID is unjustifiably used, the member shall use e-mail or other method to notify the fact to the Company.
The member shall comply with the matters defined under the General Terms and Conditions and pertinent laws and regulations.
The member shall not allow a third party to use its ID and password.

CHAPTER IX TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT AND RESTRICTIONS IN USE OF SERVICE

Article 1 (Termination of the Agreement and Restriction of Use)

When a member intends to terminate the service contract, the member may apply for termination through e-mail and the Company shall process the withdrawal without delay.
In the event that a member commits the following applicable act, the Company may suspend the service use by setting forth the term or terminating the service contract without advance notice.
- In the event that it is against the public order and social norm
- In the event that it is related to the criminal act
- In the event that the service use is planned or executed for the purpose to interfere with national interest or social interest
- In the event that someone else's ID and password is abused
- In the event that the honor of someone else is damaged or in the event that it renders any adverse interest
- In the event that the same user registered with another ID for overlapping registration
- In the event that it interferes with the prudent use by harming on the service
- In the event that it breaches other pertinent laws and regulations or service requirements set forth by the Company
- In the event that it interferes with the service use of a third party or abuses the information to threaten the e-commerce practice
In the event that the Company restricts and suspends the member qualification and it is repeated twice or more or not remedying the cause within 30 days, the Company may disqualify the membership.
In the event that the Company losses the membership qualification, the membership registration shall be withdrawn. In this case, it shall be notified to members and provide the opportunity to clarify its cause before the cancellation of the membership registration.

Article 2 (Procedure to Restrict the Use)

In the event that service restriction is to be made, the Company shall notify it to applicable user or representative under the method of e-mail or TEL by setting forth its cause, date and time and period. However, it may not be the case where the Company acknowledges if the use is quickly suspended.

Article 3 (Notice on Membership)

In the event that the Company notifies on members, the notice may be made to the e-mail address as submitted to the Company by the member.
In the event of the notice on unspecified members, the Company may substitute for individual notice by posting on the service bulletin board for one week or longer.

Article 4 (Reversion of Copyright and Restriction of Use)

Copyright and other intellectual property rights on the copyrighted product that the Company produced shall be reverted to the Company.
A member shall not use the intellectual property rights of the Company or others gained by using the service or use a third party for profit-oriented purpose under reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting and other methods without the approval of the Company or others in advance.

CHAPTER X PROVISION OF INFORMATION

The information of the member shall be thoroughly maintained and secured and it may be shared in accordance with the provision of Article 5 of the personal information protection policy.
The Company may provide members with the methods of e-mail, mail, TEL, FAX, mobile phone text message and other transmission media for the information recognized as required and other publicity and advertisement information and others from the use of service of members, and in the event that the member does not want it, it may refuse to receive the information from the subscription application menu and member information revision menu.
The Company shall not take any responsibility on all loss or damage generated from participating, communicating or transacting by members in sales promotion activities of advertisement owner through this service or recorded on this service.

CHAPTER XI COMMUNITY

Article 1 (Restriction to Use Community)

Users may open their opinions and share their common interest by operating the community service.
In the event that the service includes bulletin board, cafe or other message or communication facilities, you shall receive the message data appropriate or related thereof to such specific service in using the community to send such data.
Following matters are the categories restricting the community service but not limited to these categories. 1. Any act of damaging, abusing, Stealing, threatening or otherwise breaching the legal rights, such as privacy and public announcement right of a third party
- Any act of inappropriate, insulting, defaming, interfering, lewd, indecent or illegal title, name, data or information to publish, forwarding, posting, distributing or dispersing
- Any act of uploading the file that includes SW or other data protected under the 지적소유권 Act, however, in the event that the user holds or manages the right, or in the event that the required consent is all gained, it shall be excluded.
- Any act to upload any virus that may damage a computer of a third party, contaminated file or similar SW or program
- Any act to advertise or sell product or service for commercial purpose
- Any act to undertake data survey, contest, or pyramid system or forward a fortune letter
- Any act of downloading the file that the user knows or expected to know as reasonable not to be legitimately distributed by any user of other site
- Any act of forging or removing any SW included on the upload file, indication of author of other data, legal or other appropriate matters, trademark name or its source or origin
- Any act of restricting or prohibiting other user to use or enjoy the community
- Any act of uploading lewd contents against public order and general norm, propaganda or criticizing any specific religion, or otherwise instigating regional sentiment with non-normal behavior

CHAPTER XII RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMPANY

The Company shall not have the obligation to censor the community.
However, the Company shall retain the right to refuse or remove all or part of editing or forwarding the information or data with the full discretion of the Company or disclose the information to satisfy the request of the government, applicable laws and regulations, provisions or legal procedure.
You hereby acknowledge that all community services are public communication, not private communication, and as a result, communication of user is recognized to be read by others without your knowledge. When sending the information on user or children of user that may be identifiable, care has to be taken at all times. The Company does not manage or approve contents, message or information in the community.
The Company clearly denies its responsibility on any incident arising from having the user participating in the community and responsibility on the community. The bulletin board administrators are not the spokesperson of the Company with its authority delegated and their opinion does not reflect the opinion of the Company at all times.

CHAPTER XIII IMMUNITY OF THE COMPANY

Article 1 (Responsibility of Damage Compensation)

The Company shall not have the responsibility on any damage inflicted on the member unless it is intentional or negligent act of the Company in relation to the service use during the free service charge period.

Article 2 (Immunity Clause)

In the event that the service is not to be provided due to natural disaster or its applicable force majeure, the Company may have its responsibility for service provision to be exempted
In the event that there is any interference of service use due to the fault of the member, the Company shall have its responsibility exempted.
The Company shall have its responsibility exempted on damage inflicted from selection or use on the service data or unable to gain expected profit from service provision of the Company.
With respect to the contents of information, data, reliability of fact, accuracy and others that a member posted on the service, the responsibility shall be on applicable member on the contents and the Company shall be exempted for its responsibility on any damage inflicted on the member or third party from inaccurate or false contents.
In the event that the product transaction (including intangible goods) is made by the medium of services between members or member and third party, the Company shall not be held liable for all losses arising from it.

CHAPTER XIV DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Company shall establish and operate the customer center for processing the damage compensation and reflect the justifiable opinion or discontent raised by user.
The Company shall process the matters of discontent and opinion as submitted from users with priority. However, in the event that prompt processing is difficult, the cause and processing schedule shall be notified to users immediately.
Any dispute arising between the Company and user may follow the adjustment of the E-Commerce Dispute Reconciliation Committee established under Article 35 of the Framework act of E-Commerce and Article 20 of its Enforcement Decree thereof.

CHAPTER XV GENERAL COMMODITY TRANSACTIONS

Article 1 (Responsibility of the Company on Commodity Transaction)

Under Chapter 12, the Company means MBC Playbe Co., Ltd. and MBC Playbe Co., Ltd. shall have the responsibility of the Company following the provisions under Chapter 3.

Article 2 (Reservation of Product/Service)

A member may reserve product or service through the homepage in accordance with the procedure of the followings.
- Selection of product or service
- Input of name, address, TEL (or mobile phone number), e-mail address and others
- Selection of payment method
- Other procedure that the Company separately determines
In the event that a member does not want it, the Company shall not forward profit-oriented advertisement e-mails and not carry out unjust indication and advertisement under Article 3 of the Act on Standardization of Indicated Advertisement for any product or service.

Article 3 (Proceeds Payment Method)

A member may combine one or more of the followings for the proceeds payment on product or service reserved.
- Account transfer
- Carious card payments of pre-paid card, direct-paid card, credit card and others
- Mobile phone payment
- KidZania point using payment
- Payment by gift certificate, coupon and others that entered into a contract with the Company or recognized by the Company
- Other proceeds payment and others by the e-payment method
Notwithstanding the provision of the previous Paragraph, the Company may limit the proceeds payment method in accordance with the characteristics of product or service supplied, and in such a case, advance notice shall be made to confirm before the application for reservation by the member.

Article 4 (Notice of Reception Confirmation, Modification and Cancellation of the Reservation Application)

① In the event that the reservation application is made on the product or service from a member, the Company shall display the message to the applicable member that the reservation is successfully completed (hereinafter referred to as the "reservation completion message") and this reservation completion message is shown to the member to establish the reservation Agreement on the applicable product or service.
② In the event that a member intends to modify or cancel the application for reservation, it may request for modification or cancellation for reservation application to the Company immediately after confirming the message of reservation completion. However, in the event of some product or service that the Company designates, reservation application modification or cancellation may be restricted.

Article 5 (Disposition of Reservation Completion)

The Company shall inform its members for processing method, payer for delivery expense for each method, and delivery period for each method on the product reserved by the members.

Article 6 (Refund)

In the event that the Company is unable to provide the product or service that a member applied for reservation due to lack of availability, the cause shall be notified to the applicable member without delay and take termination of the Agreement and refund procedure within 2 business days from the notice date.
The member entered into the contract on the reservation of product or service with the Company may withdraw the service within 7 days from receiving the notice of confirmation for reception.
Notwithstanding Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2, in the event of the followings, the member may request for refund, return or replace within 30 days from the date of provided with service or receiving the delivery of product. A. In the event that the delivered product is different from the order or different from information provided by the Company
- In the event that the delivered product is damaged, destroyed or polluted
- In the event that the product delivery or service provision is later than the delivery period or service provision of product marked on the advertisement
- In the event that the subscription of member is made while the matters to indicate on the advertisement under the procedure
In the event that the product is returned from the member, the Company shall refund the product proceeds already paid within 3 business days. In the event that the Company delays to refund the product proceeds to members, the delay interest calculated by multiplying the delay period with the delay interest rate set forth by the Enforcement Decree of the "Act on Consumer Protection on E-Commerce and Etc".
When the Company pays the product proceeds as the payment means of credit card, KidZania Seoul point and others by the member in refunding the above proceeds, the claim for product proceeds shall be requested for suspension or cancellation by the business that provided applicable payment method without delay.
In the event that it is returned in accordance with Paragraph 2 of this Article, the member shall pay for the delivery expense, and in the event that it is returned in accordance with Paragraph 4, the Company shall pay for the delivery expenses.

CHAPTER XVI TICKET RESERVATION SERVICE

Article 1 (Provision of Reservation Service)

The Company shall provide the reservation service on theme park KidZania Seoul through the homepage and the detailed contents of the reservation service shall follow the contents specified on the service information of the Company.

Article 2 (Ticket Reservation Fees)

The Company shall impose the reservation charge on reservation service that the Company provides. The reservation fee policy maybe separately posted on the ticket reservation service of the Company and it is subject to change after the notice to members in advance Chapter 5.

Article 3 (Regulations on False Reservation)

The Company may restrict the reservation by setting forth the period of 1 month or longer to protect the good faith users in the event that a specific member completes and cancels the reservation for 60 tickets or more for the 3 recent months, in the event that it unjustly use with the repetition of reservation completion and cancellation two times or more regardless of number of tickets with malicious intent, or in the event that it is clearly unjust use. However, in the event that the Company grants the clarifying period of one day or longer to receive the reasonable clarification within the period from user, the reservation restrictive measure may be terminated.
In the event that the member repeats reservation and cancellation continuously or inflict damage to the Company or other users for other unjust purpose, the Company may restrict, suspend and lose the member qualification.

Article 4 (Cancellation)

The Company shall notify members with the cause when it learns it is difficult to provide or unable to render the service by the cause of the Company without delay. In this case, in the event that the ticket reservation payment is received in advance, the payment may be cancelled or take action to cancel the payment within 3 business days from the following day of receiving the proceeds.

Article 5 (Cancellation on Reserved Ticket)

The cancellation of the ticket reserved by the member is available up to the time of event completion.
The Company may separately set forth in accordance with individual goods and service with the time of reservation and cancellation.
The reservation and cancellation time of the previous Paragraph is subject to change by the situation of the Company.
A member may personally visit the ticket officer designated by the Company or homepage by the time of cancellation of Paragraph 2 for cancellation.
In the event that the cancellation procedure is not taken by the reservation cancellation time, a member shall not cancel on the ticket reservation service of the Company.
In the event that the reservation is cancelled within 7 days in accordance with the pertinent laws and regulations, the Company shall not impose the cancellation fees.
In cancellation other than the period of Paragraph 7, applicable charge may be deducted by setting forth the cancellation charge and the cancellation charge policy is subject to change after the advance notice.

Article 6 (Cancellation following Payment Method)

Credit card payer
- A member may cancel directly through internet business premises and others of the Company on the day of reservation. However, the standard calculating the reservation time shall be based on the date, not time.
- In the event that the reserved ticket is cancelled, the member shall pay the Company for certain cancellation charge and other expenses and the Company may refund the differential amount by deducting/setting off for cancellation fees and others from the refund amount of the reservation ticket.
- When cancelling the reservation, existing payment contents are cancelled in accordance with the partial cancellation method and the cancellation fees and delivery charge are re-approved in accordance with the cancellation time with the same card or cancel the payment amount after deducting the cancellation fees and delivery charges. In the event that the payment is made with multiple payment methods (payment system of two or more types), the partial cancellation may be restricted.
Account transfer and online account deposit payer : The Company shall make the deposit for the amount that deducting the cancellation fees and forwarding fees in accordance with the deposit holder and bank account amount for refund as the member recorded when cancelling the internet reservation of the member.

Article 7 (Disposition of Cancellation following Reservation Method)

Any member with the reservation for field reception may personally cancel through the business premises of the Company on the day of reservation.

CHAPTER XVII GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1 (Court of Jurisdiction)

In the event that a lawsuit is raised on the dispute under the General Terms and Conditions, the court having the jurisdiction over the main office of the Company shall be the trial court with the jurisdiction.
Litigation between the Company and user shall apply the Korean laws.

Article 2 (Linkage to Website and Responsibilities of the Company)

In the event that the homepage and other web-sites are linked in the method of various links (i.e.: the subjects of linkage include text, diagram and moving pictures), the Company shall not take any responsibility on any transaction between members and applicable web-site.

Article 3 (Dispute Resolution related to Homepage Service)

THE COMPANY shall make utmost prompt process for discontent and opinion submitted from members in relation to the use of web-site service. However, in the event that there is a difficulty of prompt processing, the cause and processing schedule shall be notified to members as soon as possible.
In the event that there is damage relief application of members with respect to the dispute between the Company and members, it may follow the reconciliation of Fair Trade Commission or dispute reconciliation agency requested by mayor or governor.

[SUPPLEMENTARY]

(Date of Implementation) The General Terms and Conditions shall be implemented from April 1, 2013.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of the General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights, obligations and responsibilities of KidZania Seoul Cyber Mall (hereinafter referred to as "Mall") and users in using the internet related service (hereinafter referred to as the "service") that is provided by Mall that is operated by MBC Playbe Co., Ltd. (e-commerce business).

Article 2 (Definitions)

'Mall' means the virtual business premises set to transact for goods and others by using the information communication facilities, such as, computer and others, in order to provide the users with the monetary goods or service (hereinafter referred to as "goods and others") by MBC Playbe Co., Ltd., and it is used for the meaning of business that operates the cyber mall.
'User' means the member of 14 years or older having the service provided by Mall in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions by linking to Mall.
'Member' is a person with the membership registration by providing personal information to Mall that it is continuously provided with the information of Mall and keep using the service provided by Mall.
'Non-member' means the person that uses the service that Mall provided without subscribing to the membership.

Article 3 (Specification, Description and Revision of General Terms and Conditions)

Mall shall post the contents of the General Terms and Conditions, trade name, representative name, business office address (including the address at the place to process the consumer discontent), TEL, FAX, e-mail address, business registration number, mail order report number, responsible person of personal information management and others to enable users to easily find out by posting them on the initial service screen (front). However, the contents of the General Terms and Conditions shall be made for users to see through the linked screen.
From the contents set forth under the General Terms and Conditions, Mall shall provide separate linkage screen or pop-up screen for user to understand important contents, such as, subscription withdrawal, refund requirement and others before users agreeing to the General Terms and Conditions to seek for the user confirmation.
Mall may revise the General Terms and Conditions within the scope not to violate any pertinent laws and regulations, such as, the Act on Consumer Protection on E-Commerce and Etc, the Act related to the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on E-Commerce, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion on Service of Information Communication Network and Information Protection, the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, the Consumer Protection Act and others.
In the event that Mall revises the General Terms and Conditions, the date of application and cause of revision are specified to notify up to the previous date of application at least 7 days prior to the application date on the initial screen of Mall together with the current General Terms and Conditions. However, in the event that the contents of the General Terms and Conditions are modified adversely to users, it shall be notified with the reserve period for 30 days or more. In this case Mall shall clearly compare the contents before revision and after revision and mark as easy to know by user.
In the event that Mall is to revise the General Terms and Conditions, the revised General Terms and Conditions shall be applied only on the Agreement entered after the application date and, with respect to the already consummated Agreement, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions prior to the revision shall be applied. However, the provisions of the revised General Terms and Conditions are applied in the event that the user already entered into the Agreement conveys its intent to have the application of the revised General Terms and Conditions to Mall within the notice period of the revised General Terms and Conditions under Paragraph 3 and obtained the consent of Mall.
With respect to the matters not set forth under the General Terms and Conditions and interpretation of the General Terms and Conditions, it shall follow the Act on Consumer Protection on E-Commerce and Etc, the Act on Regulation of the General Terms and Conditions, consumer protection instruction under e-commerce set forth by Fair Trade Commission, pertinent laws and regulations or commercial practice.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Service)

Mall shall carry out the following affairs.
- Provision of information on goods and others or service and entering into the purchase contract
- Forwarding of goods or service with purchase contract
- Other works set forth by Mall
In the event that there is discontinuous of goods or service or modification of technical spec, Mall may modify the contents of goods or service to be provided under the Agreement to be entered in later time. In this case, the contents and provision date of modified goods or service shall be specified to notify immediately to the place where the contents of present goods or service are placed.
In the event that the contents of service entered by Mall to provide with user is modified due to the cause of modification of quality for goods and others and technical specification, the cause shall be notified immediately to the address to user.
In the event of the previous Paragraph, Mall shall make the damage compensation of user. However, it shall not be the case in the event that Mall proves that it is not at intentional or negligent.

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

In the event that there is any cause of maintenance, replacement, break-down, disconnection of communication of IC facilities, such as, computer and others, Mall may temporarily suspend the provision of service.
Mall shall make damage compensation for user or third party from temporary suspension of service provision under Paragraph 1. However, it shall not be the case in the event that Mall proves that it is not at intentional or negligent fault.
In the event that the service is not to be provided due to the conversion of business category, giving up the business, integration of businesses and others, Mall shall notify users with the method set forth under Article 8 and compensate consumers in accordance with the requirement presented by Mall. However, in the event that Mall does not notify the compensation standard and others, it shall pay users with goods or cash equivalent to the currency value used in Mall for mileage or reserve of users.

Article 6 (Subscription of Membership)

User shall apply for membership subscription by indicating its intent to agree to the General Terms and Conditions after filling in the member information in accordance with the subscription form provided by Mall.
"Mall shall register user that applied for subscription as member under Paragraph 1 as its member unless otherwise applicable for the followings.
- In the event that the applicant for subscription has lost the membership qualification before under Article 7 (3) of the General Terms and Conditions; however, it shall be an exception in the event that the person lapsing 3 years after the loss of member qualification by Article 7 (3) and obtained for approval of re-subscription of membership of Mall.
- In the event that the contents of registration have false, omission or error
- In the event that the registration as a member has clear interference on technology of Mall
The establishment time of the membership subscription contract shall be the time to reach the consent of Mall to member
In the event that there is any modification on the registration matter under Article 15 (1), the member shall inform the modification on Mall via e-mail or other method.

Article 7 (Withdrawal from Membership, Disqualification and Etc.)

A member may request for withdrawal to Mall at anytime and Mall shall process the membership withdrawal immediately.
In the event that a member is applicable to any of the followings, Mall may restrict and suspend the member qualification.
- In the event that the false contents are registered at the time of applying for subscription;
- In the event that the payment is not made on the due date for members in relations to the proceeds for goods and other Mall use by making the purchase by using Mall;
- In the event that it threatens the e-commerce order by interfering other persons for Mall use and misuse the information; or
- In the event that Mall is used to undertake the act against the social norm or prohibit by laws and regulations or General Terms and Conditions.
After Mall restricts or suspends the member qualification, in the event that the same act is repeated twice or more or not remedy the action within 30 days, Mall may disqualify the membership.
In the event that Mall disqualifies the member qualification, the membership registration shall be cancelled. In this case, notice shall be given to members and grant an opportunity to clarify by setting forth a term of a minimum of 30 days before cancelling the membership registration.

Article 8 (Notice on Members)

In the event that Mall notifies on members, it may stipulate with member to forward to its stipulated e-mail address.
In the event that the notice is made to all unspecified members, Mall may substitute individual notice by posting on the bulletin board of Mall for a week or longer. However, individual notice shall be made on matters for material influence in relation to the transaction of the member.

Article 9 (Purchase Application)

Any Mall user may apply for purchase under the following or similar method and Mall shall provide following contents easily find out by users in its application for purchase. However, in the event of the member, the application of Section 2 through Section 4 may be excluded.

Search and selection of goods and others
Input of name, address, TEL, e-mail address (or mobile phone number) and others
Confirmation on contents related to General Terms and Conditions, service restricted for subscription withdrawal right, delivery expense and other burden on expenses
Indication to confirm or refusal of matters under Section 3 and agree to the General Terms and Conditions (for example, clicking of the mouth)
Consent on purchase application of goods and others, confirmation thereof or confirmation of Mall
Selection of payment method

Article 10 (Establishment of the Agreement)

Mall may not consent if the application for purchase is made under Article 9 which is applicable to followings. However, it has to notify the contents that, in the event that the Agreement is consummated with a minor, and if the consent of the legal representative is not obtained, the Agreement may be cancelled by the minor or the legal representative.
- In the event that there is any false information, omission of information or error in the contents of application;
- In the event that a minor purchases goods and service that is barred by the Youth Protection Act, such as, cigarettes, alcohol and others;
- In the event that consenting to the purchase application is determined as having clear interference on the technology of Mall
When consent of Mall is reached to users in reception confirming notice type under Article 12 (1), the contract is considered as consummated.
In the indication mark of Mall's consent, it shall include confirmation on user's application for purchase, availability for sales, revision or cancellation of application for purchase and other relevant information.

Article 11 (Payment Method)

The proceeds payment method on goods or service that is purchased from Mall may be made by any of the following methods. However, Mall shall not be entitled to collect any fee at all after notice to users on the proceeds of goods and others in accordance with needs for the payment method of users.

Various account transfers of phone banking, internet banking, mail banking and others
Pre-payment card, direct payment card, credit card and other various card payments
Online transfer deposit
Payment by the electronic currency
Payment by gift certificate with the contracting with Mall or recognized by Mall
Other proceeds payment and others under online payment method

Article 12 (Modification and Cancellation of Reception Confirmation Notice and Purchase Application)

Mall shall make the reception notice to user in the event that there is application for purchase by user.
In the event that there is inconsistency of intention, user with the reception confirmation notice may request for modification and cancellation of purchase application after receiving the reception confirmation notice and Mall shall process it in accordance with the request without delay in the event that there is a request of user. However, in the event that the proceeds are paid in advance, it shall follow the provision of Article 15 for subscription withdrawal and others.

Article 13 (Supply of Goods and Etc.)

Unless there is any separate stipulation on the supply period of goods and others with user, Mall shall take necessary measure for order production, package and others to forward the goods and others within 7 days of making the subscription by user. However, in the event that Mall has received all or part of goods and others in advance, action shall be taken within 3 business days from receiving all or part of proceeds. At this time, Mall shall take appropriate action to confirm the supply procedure and status for user of goods and others.
Mall shall specify on goods purchased by user for each delivery method, payment of delivery expense, delivery period for each mean and others. In the event that Mall exceeded the stipulated delivery period, it shall make the damage compensation for users. However, in the event that Mall proves that it is not intentional or negligent act, it shall not be the case.

Article 14 (Refund)

When user is unable to deliver or provide goods and others that user applied for purchase due to the non-availability, Mall shall notify the cause to user without delay, and in the event that the proceeds of goods and others are not received, it shall refund or take necessary measures for refund within 3 business days from the date of receiving the proceeds.

Article 15 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Etc.)

Any user that enters into the contract on purchase for goods and others with Mall may withdrawal the subscription within 7 days from the date of receiving the reception notice.
In the event that it receives the delivery of goods and others, user shall not refund and replace in the event that it is applicable to any of the followings.
- In the event that goods and others are damaged or lost with the responsible cause to user (However, in the event that the package is damaged to confirm the contents of goods and others, the subscription withdrawal may be available);
- In the event that the goods or other value is clearly decreased by the use of user or partial consumption;
- In the event that the goods or other value is clearly decreased due to the lapse of time with the re-sale not possible; or
- In the event that the packing of goods and others is damaged in the event that reproduction is possible with the goods and others with same capability
In the event of Section 2 through Section 4 of Paragraph 2, the subscription withdrawal of user is not to be restricted if there is no action taken for providing the product or specifying it to the place for easy knowledge for consumers with the restriction for subscription withdrawal in advance
Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2, and in the event that the contents of goods and others is different from the contents of indication and advertisement or performed differently from the contents of the Agreement, the subscription withdrawal and others may be made within 3 months from the date of supplied for applicable goods and others and 30 days from the date of knowing the fact or should have known.

Article 16 (Effect of Subscription Withdrawal and Etc)

In the event that it is returned of goods and others from user, Mall shall refund the proceeds for goods and others already paid within 3 business days. In this case, when Mall delays the refund of goods and others to user, the delay interest shall be paid with the calculation by multiplying the delay interest rate set forth and notified by Fair Trade Commission on the delay period.
When the proceeds of goods and others are paid by the payment method of credit card, e-currency and others by users with refund of the above proceeds, Mall shall request for suspension or cancellation for proceeds of goods and others from the business that provided the applicable payment method without delay.
In the event of the subscription withdrawal and others, any expense that is required for returning of goods and others shall be paid by user. Mall shall not claim for penalty or damage compensation due to the withdrawal of subscription and others to users. However, expenses required to indicate the contents of money and others. In the event that user pays the forwarding expense when provided for goods and others, Mall shall clearly indicate who pays the expense at the time of subscription withdrawal for users to easily know.

Article 17 (Protection of personal information)

Mall shall collect minimal information required for the purchase contract performance when it collects user information. Following matters are required while other matters are selectively made.
- Name
- Address
- TEL
- Desired ID (in the event of member)
- Password (in the event of member)
- E-mail address (or mobile phone no.)
When Mall collects personal information available for personal identification of user; it shall obtain the consent of the applicable user.
The provided personal information shall not be provided to a third party or used for any other purpose without the consent of the applicable user and all responsibilities thereto shall be on Mall. However, it shall be excluded in the following case.
- In the event that it informs the minimal information of user (name, address, and TEL) required for the delivery to the delivery company for the delivery work;
- In the event that it is required for statistics, academic research or market survey that is provided in the type not to identify specific individual;
- In the event that it is required for proceeds settlement following the transaction for goods and others;
- In the event that it is required for personal identification for preventing theft; or
- In the event that there is any laws and regulations or inevitable cause required by laws and regulations
In the event that Mall is required to obtain the consent of user under Paragraph 2 and 3, the matters defined under Article 22 (2) of the Act on Promotion on Service of Information Communication Network and Information Protection, such as, identity (position, name and TEL, other contact) of responsible person of personal information management, purpose of collecting information, and purpose of use, matters related to information provision on third party (person provided, purpose of provision, contents of information to be provided) shall be specified or notified in advance and user may withdraw this consent at anytime.
User may request to open and correct the error in its personal information that Mall has at any time and Mall shall have the obligation to take action without delay. In the event that user requests to correct the error, Mall shall not use the applicable personal information until the error is corrected.
Mall shall limit the manager to minimize the number for personal information protection and shall bear all responsibilities on losses of user from loss, stealing, disclose, alteration and others of user personal information including credit card, bank account and others.
Mall or a third party provided the personal information from Mall shall destroy the applicable personal information without delay when the purpose of collection or provision of personal information is accomplished.

Article 18 (Obligations of Mall)

Mall shall not undertake any act that is barred by laws and regulations and the General Terms and Conditions or against the public norm and do its best to provide continuous and stable goods and others in accordance with the matters set forth under the General Terms and Conditions.
Mall shall be equipped with the security system for the protection of personal information (including credit information) of user in order for user to safety use the internet service.
When inflicting the loss by user by certain unjust indication or advertisement action under Article 3 of the Act on Standardization of Indicated Advertisement with respect to the product or service, Mall shall have the responsibility to compensate such loss.
Mall shall not forward any profit-based advertisement e-mail not desired by user.

Article 19 (Obligation on ID and Password of Members)

The responsibility to manage ID and password other than the case of Article 17 shall be on member.
The member shall not cause a third party to use its ID and password.
In the event that a member recognizes its ID and password stolen or has a third party using it, it shall notify Mall the fact and follow in the event that Mall instructs it to do so.

Article 20 (Obligations of User)

Any user shall refrain from following acts.

Registration of false contents at the time of application or modification
Misuse of someone else's information
Modification of information posted on Mall
Transmitting or posting of information other than information set forth by Mall (computer program and others)
Interference on intellectual property rights, such as, copyright of Mall or third party
Any act that damages the honor or interferes with work of Mall or other third party
Any act to disclose or post information on lewd or violent message, screen, voice or other social norm

Article 21 (Relationship between Linked Mall and Non-Linked Mall)

In the event that the upper Mall and lower Mall are linked with the hyper-link (for example: subjects of hyper-link are included in text, diagram, moving picture and others) method and others, the former is linked "Mall" (web-site) and the later is non-linked "Mall" (web-site).

Article 23 (Dispute Resolution)

Mall shall reflect justifiable opinion or discontent by user and establish and operate damage compensation body in order to compensate the damage.
Mall shall take care of the situations of discontent or opinion from user with the priority. However, in the event that the prompt processing is difficult, the cause and processing schedule are notified to users immediately.
In the event that there is a relief petition of user in relation to the dispute on e-commerce arising between Mall and user, it may follow the reconciliation of Fair Trade Commission or dispute reconciliation institution that mayor and governor requested.

Article 24 (Right to Adjudication and Applicable Law)

Any litigation on the e-commerce dispute arising between Mall and user shall be made at the address of user at the time of bringing the suit, and in the event that there is no address, the district court having the jurisdiction over the resident shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction. However, at the time of litigation, in the event that the address or residence of user is not clear or for foreign residents, it is brought into the court of jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
Korean laws shall be applied for any e-commerce litigation raised between Mall and user.

Article 1 (Application of the General Terms and Conditions)

Pertinent matters on the position of KidZania Seoul and service of facilities shall follow the matters set forth under the General Terms and Conditions and contents not defined under the General Terms and Conditions shall follow laws and regulations or customs. "KidZania Seoul" is the name of the theme park of MBC Playbe Co., Ltd.

Article 2 (Restriction of Opening Hour and Admission)

The business hour is all year long without closing in principle and it may be closed only for special cases (closing period set forth for repairing each year).
The business hour is separately posted to operate, but it is subject to change in accordance with business environment of business enterprise. (However, when any exception occurs, it shall be notified to customers (hereinafter it is appropriate to modify guest to customer) through the separate positing method.)
Special case under the General Terms and Conditions means natural disaster, force majeure, special situation of business, and unexpected climate change. (Hereinafter the same)
When there is excess of permissible admissions for the convenience and safety of guests, the admission may be restricted.
When there is excess of permissible admissions, sales of admission related ticket may be suspended and it shall be informed and notified for guests before its admission.

Article 3 (Application of Charge)

1. Classification of applicable age

· Infant: Younger than 3 years of age (36 months)
· Child: 3 years or older ~ younger than 17 years of age
· Guardian (youth and adult): 17 years or older
· Disabled child: 3 years or older ~ younger than 17 years of age
· Guardian for the disabled child: 17 years or older (The disabled child and guardian for the disabled child have to bring the verifying data (welfare card) to have the service change applied.)
· Silver: 60 years or older

2. Application of group charge

· 15 persons or more (however, it is limited to the case of admitting under the group name for certain purpose)
· Separate change may be applied within the scope not to violate the purpose of the General Terms and Conditions, pertinent laws and regulations or customs.

3. Application for each ticket type

· Admission ticket: Ticket to use for various free events, performances and convenience facilities together with admission
· Annual ticket for KidZania Seoul: Ticket to enter to KidZania Seoul for specified period and use the facilities in operation (separately indicate or notify for facilities not available to use)
· Others: Each service ticket may be adjusted under the management policy of the business enterprise and it may implement special service ticket system appropriate to the characteristics of user.

4. Any preferred charges on the disabled and the elderly

Any preferred charges on the disabled and the elderly may be modified in accordance with the business environment of the business and the detailed contents of application shall be posted and implemented at the ticket office and others. When applying the preferred charges, it has to present the verification to confirm (senior ID card or the registration certificate for the disabled and others).

5. Charges

Charges are separately posted and it is subject to change in accordance with the management policy and others of business enterprise and management environment.

Article 4 (Refund of Charges)

Refund of the ticket can be refunded 100% before the admission, 50% within 2 hours after commencing part 1 and part 2, and no refund after completing of withdrawal.
However, in the event that the basis of justifiable withdrawal is recognized due to the cause of impossible to use KidZania Seoul by the guest in certain time after its entry (situation of returning home for urgent situation modification and others), the business may refund or pay for right to re-visit in consideration of several situations, and in this case, the guest shall present the proof (ticket mark and others) to verify the time after entry. Detailed requirements and contents related to the refund request shall follow the provision separately defined by the business enterprise.
Request for replacing the re-visit ticket and request for refund for the ticket due to sudden climate change and general personal situation are not permissible.

Article 5 (Obligations of the Member)

Members must abide by the relevant laws, the provisions of these terms and conditions, notices used in the usage guide, and other matters announced by the KidZania, and must not engage in any other act that interferes with the work of the KidZania.
Member is not allowed to make a profit out of the homepage
Member is not allowed to copy, duplicate, change, translate, publish, and broadcast the information he or she earned and provide it to others
Member is not allowed to do following things when it comes to using the homepage
- In case that a member steals others’ accounts and passwords
- In case that contains content related to criminal acts; or
- In case that other’s rights, reputation or other lawful interests are infringed or violated;
- In case that a member intrudes others’ rights such as intellectual property
- In case that any malignant code or data are included in the content;
- In case that is found impeding smooth operation of services provided by the Company;
- In case that the laws and regulations of Korea are violated;

Article 6 (deletion of posts or contents)

The homepage have rights to edit, move and even delete a posting without notifying a member when violates with the provision of Article 5

Article 7 (Matters Related Use)

In order to seek safety of admitted persons and maintain the public feature, following service rules shall be complied with.
- For maintaining pleasant and clean environment and preventing fire, it shall not carry in or use of entry of food, burner and others that may cause hatred to others or interfere with business of business enterprise.
- No pet will be allowed for admission other than the dog for the blind.

- Following actions shall be prohibited.

  - - Sales and display of goods
  - - Leaflet distribution

  - - Carrying out of various facilities and rental facilities
  - - All acts that interfere operation of park and related facilities
  - - Entry of children of 7 years or younger without the accompaniment of guardian
For admission to the experimental facilities, no beverage will be carried in.
No minor will be allowed to purchase any goods restricted to purchase, such as, alcohol beverage, cigarette and others in advance the pertinent laws and regulations.

Article 8 (Restriction of Use of Facilities)

When using the experiment facilities, age, height, health condition and other physical conditions are considered for the safety of customers to restrict the use of applicable facilities.

Service rules and caution for each facility is posted for each facility.

Article 9 (Re-Entry)

After the guests are withdrawn, re-entry is not permissible in principle.

Article 10 (Lost Child Protection)

During the business hours:

· The Company shall operate the missing-child facilities within the corporate facilities and take the pertinent action to handover the missing child to the guardian.
· When handing over the missing child, the Company shall record and maintain the missing-child journal for mutual confirmation.

After closing the business:

On the day, the child yet to hand over shall be turned over to a police station together with the record of missing-child record.

Article 11 (Lost and Found)

Lost-Found Center is operated to take the pertinent measure for handover of goods.
Reception of lost good and handover matters shall be recorded and maintained on the lost-found journal.
When the received goods are not retrieved by the owner within certain period, it shall be reported and turned over to the police.
Corrosive good may be disposed by the Company at its discretion.

Article 12 (Damage Compensation (disposition at the time of accident))

The company shall specify in the contract document regarding prohibition of personal information processing other than consignment tasks, technical and administrative protection, restricting re-consignment, supervision on fiduciary, damage compensation. It also supervises the fiduciaries process the personal information securely.
If the fiduciary and consignment task are changes, it will be announced without delay.

Chapter VI Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and Method of Exercise

User may exercise the following personal information protection related rights on the company at any time.

Exercise of rights under Paragraph 1 may be made through writing in accordance with the forms prepared from the company, phone, email, FAX, and others. The company shall take actions without delay.
In the event that the user requests correction or deletion on error and others of the personal information, the company shall not use or provide the applicable personal information until correction or deletion is completed.
If the information body is under 14 years old, exercise of rights under Paragraph 1 may be made through legal representative, delegated person or representative of user. In this case, the representatives shall have all authority of the information body.
The user shall not fringe the personal information and privacy of the user itself and others by violating Information and Communication Network Law, Personal Information Protection Act, and other related regulations.

Chapter VIII Destroy of Personal Information

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of the General Terms and Conditions is to define pertinent rights, obligations and pertinent procedure of Kidzania membership in using the Kidzania membership service that is provided by MBC Playbe Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kidzania") with respect to the Kidzania membership service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

Kidzania membership service (hereinafter referred to as the "membership service" is the service that Kidzania provided for the Kidzania members that its summary is described on Article 4 of the General Terms and Conditions.
The Kidzania membership card(called as Mobile Membership Card)is the card approved by Kidzania not to normally use the membership service by Kidzania membership member that it is issued by Kidzania or Kidzania's affiliated card company.
Kidzania member (hereinafter referred to as the ‘member') means the person granted with the authority to normally use the membership card as issued.
Kidzania membership affiliated company and Kidzania membership affiliated store (hereinafter referred to as the ‘affiliated store') means the business premises that enters into a contract between Kidzania and affiliated store and provide benefits to Kidzania members. The affiliated store status and various events are confirmed from information leaflet or the Company homepage (www.kidzania.co.kr) and the affiliated stores shall have the attachment of sticker as subscribed store, poster and other membership service use information.
The Kidzania membership point (hereinafter referred to as the ‘point') is to acquire for using the membership service by members that the detailed matters on its acquisition and use are described on Article 5, Article 6 and Article 7 of the General Terms and Conditions.

Article 3 (Membership Subscription and Issuance of Membership Card)

A Customers who want to sign up for the Membership must sign up for KidZania website or KidZania Mobile App first.
The personal information for KidZania website or Mobile App (Name, Date of Birth, Cell Phone Number) matches to the sign up information for telecom company.
Detailed issuance procedure of the membership card is shown as follows.
- Kidzania method
  A. Customer younger than 14 years old: It requires the consent of parent or another legal representative to subscribe to member and use the Kidzania. For membership subscription, it receives the contact of the legal representative and the subscription is given for membership member only with the written consent of the legal representative, and the personal information of the legal representative may be requested. The personal information of the legal representative is used only for the purpose of consent the membership subscription of child less than 14 years of age, and when using for different purpose, it shall be facilitated after receiving the consent in accordance with the procedure specified on the personal information handling policy.
  B. Customer of 14 years or older: The Kidzania membership card received after preparing the membership subscription application can be used.
- Kidzania affiliated card
  The application for issuance is possible for those who are 18 years or older, and through the issuing shops for each affiliated card, membership subscription is made, and in the event that the issuance application is made, it goes through the issuance procedure to forward to the address filled in on the membership subscription application through the issuance procedure.

Article 4 (Membership Service)

A member may have the points reserved when purchasing the admission ticket. Detailed reservation method and reservation criteria are provided in accordance with the point reservation criteria of Article 5 of the General Terms and Conditions.
A member any use the reserved points to exchange with the gift provided by Kidzania. Detailed point use method and use criteria are provided in accordance with the point use criteria of Article 6 of the General Terms and Conditions.
Any member may receive separate benefit for discount or others in accordance with the contract consummated between Kidzania and affiliated store when presenting the membership card at the affiliated store.
We distinguish members of KidZania according to their membership level, which indicates additional benefits may occur to certain members of KidZania.

Article 5 (Reservation of Membership Point)

If you purchase tickets via our website or have shown your membership card on site to purchase our tickets, we will accumulate mileage points according to your membership level and the rates of the mileage points vary upon your membership level. In addition, the point reservation is available only when making the paid purchase of the admission ticket and reservation after the admission is not permissible. Contents of the reserved point may be confirmed on the following date after the admission.
A member has to present the membership card when purchasing the admission ticket to be entitled to the reserve and there is no limit for the reserved points.
When making the purchase with Kidzania invitation ticket/ service ticket (season ticket, family/children/adult and others) and group price, no point will be reserved.
A member may have additional reserve for the points through the participation of advance event notice by Kidzania. In this case, the
reserved point is reserved in accordance with the separately notified standard when notifying for the event. ⑤ In the event that the contents already paid are refunded, the point applicable to the applicable refund amount shall be cancelled for reservation.

Article 6 (Use of Membership Point)

Any member holding points may receive benefits for each point in accordance with certain procedure set forth by Kidzania, such as, membership card presentation, ID presentation or the like at the Kidzania site and homepage and contents on benefit for each point shall be notified separately on the Kidzania homepage.
Benefit for each point is subject to change depending on the situation of Kidzania.
Kidzania may implement event for members who have accomplished certain standard or more of points and the applicable gift and participating points are notified in advance of implementing the event.
In the event that the benefit for each point is received as in Paragraph 1, 2 and 3 of this Article, the application membership service point will be deducted to use and the benefit for each point already received shall not be refunded.

Article 7 (Correction, Cancellation and Termination of Membership Point)

In the event that there is any error in reserving the membership point, the member shall make correction application to Kidzania within 90 days from the time of error, and Kidzania may adjust within 3 months from the correction application date of the member. However, the member shall present Kidzania with the bill or data to prove the error in reserving the membership service.
The expiry date of your accumulated mileage points last until 30th of April of two years from now and if you in any chance decide not to use these mileage points by then, they will extinct on 30th of April of two years from now. However, this does not affect entitlement of the membership. However, the membership qualification is maintained continuously. (Modification)

Article 8 (Use and Management of Membership Card)

The membership card shall be used by the member and it shall not be loaned to others or used for transfer or security purposes.
In the event that the membership card is damaged, lost or stolen by intentional or negligent act of a member in an accident (hereinafter referred to as the "accident"), the member shall notify the fact to Kidzania without delay.
In the event that a notice is received under Paragraph 2 of this Article from a member, Kidzania shall take pertinent action required, such as suspending the use of applicable membership card and registration of accident without delay. However, Kidzania shall not take any responsibility on damages inflicted prior to the time of notify under Paragraph 2 of this Article by the applicable member.
In the event that a member intends to use the membership service in an affiliated store, it shall present the membership card to the affiliated store. However, "presenting the membership card" means that the customer that intends to use the membership service, such as, any act of showing the membership card to the affiliated store, act to input the membership card number, and so forth, means the act to verify that it is the member legitimately recognized from Kidzania.
In the event that a member presents the membership card to any affiliated store in order to use the membership service, the affiliated store may request the member to present the ID for confirming its identity. In this case, the member may be provided with the normal membership service by complying with the requests of the affiliated stores.
A member shall immediately notify Kidzania in the event that there is any change in address, TEL and other personal information or any loss or stealing of membership card, and all results generated by not notified by member shall be the responsibility of member.

Article 9 (Obligations of Member)

A member shall comply with the matters notified by Kidzania through matters defined under the General Terms and Conditions, service information or notice and others and it shall refrain from any act to interfere the affairs of Kidzania.
A member shall not engage in any business activities by using membership service provided by Kidzania and membership service with the benefit (point, giveaway and others) that is provided by membership service.
A member shall not re-sell the ticket purchased to another customer, and if in violation, the benefit (point, giveaway and others) that is provided by membership service shall be returned.
A member shall not transfer or bequeath the right to use or other service contract position of the membership service to another and it shall not be provided for security.

Article 10 (Withdrawal of Member and Disqualification)

Members can deactivate their account anytime through the KidZania website or the call center (1544-5110). KidZania must process their request as soon as possible. When you deactivate your membership, you will automatically deactivate your KidZania website membership. All you previous records will be deleted and you cannot re-sign up within 30 days with the same ID and personal information.
In the event that a member is applicable to any of the followings, the applicable member shall take the responsibility on all issues related thereto and Kidzania may loss the qualification of the member with the notice on applicable member.
1. In the event that a member registered false contents at the time of applying for the membership service
2. In the event that a member breaches obligations of member under Article 9 of the General Terms and Conditions
3. In the event that a member is issued with the membership card in method not set forth by Kidzania or uses and reserves in illegitimate method for membership service and point
In the event that a member is deceased, the qualification is lost without separate notice.
Any member who is disqualified for membership due to any cause of Paragraph 2 of this Article may clarify that the cause of Paragraph 2 of this Article is not caused by its negligence or intentional act. In this case, in the event that the assertion is considered as reasonable by reviewing the clarification contents of member, Kidzania may allow the member to use the normal membership service.
In the event that the membership withdrawal or disqualification is finalized, the membership point reserved for the member is extinguished together.

Article 11 (Suspension and Expiration of Membership Service)

The provision period of the membership service shall not be set forth separately in principle. However, due to the modification or termination of the Agreement with the affiliated stores with Kidzania, provision and part of contents of the membership service may be modified or cancelled in accordance with the affiliated stores.
Kidzania shall make continuous effort for providing continuous and stable membership service in accordance with matters set forth under the General Terms and Conditions and, when the facilities have any interference or loss, it shall be repaired and recovered without delay. However, in the event of natural disaster, emergency crisis or other inevitable cause, the membership service may be suspended or expired temporarily.
In the event that the membership service is normally expired, Kidzania shall inform the member by applying the notice method defined under Article 13 (1) of the General Terms and Conditions at least one month prior to the date of ending the membership service.
Any member shall be have the membership service point benefit after the service expiration date of the previous Paragraph and the membership point is automatically extinguished on April 30 of the next to next following year of the reserve year. The point benefit is provided until the point expiration time, and in the event that the point benefit is suspended due to the Company's situation, the notice method defined under Article 13 (1) of the General Terms and Conditions shall be applied and informed to members at least 3 months prior to the suspension date.

Article 12 (Information Conveyance to Members)

In order to deliver event and winning information, Kidzania may use e-mail address, SMS and others registered by member.
In the event that a member does not want to receive message in e-mail address, SMS and others, it may use Kidzania homepage or toll-free call to refuse to receive.
Kidzania shall not forward any profit-oriented advertisement e-mail not consented by user.

Article 13 (Revision of the General Terms and Conditions)

The General Terms and Conditions may be revised from time to time, and it shall be notified to the members by one or more methods defined hereunder for the fact to revise the General Terms and Conditions or contents of revision at least 7 days in advance from the date to apply the revised General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "effective date") for Kidzania in the event that the General Terms and Conditions shall be revised. However, in the event that the contents of the General Terms and Conditions are modified adversely to members, it shall be notified at least 30 days in advance of reserve period.

In the event that the fact of revision and revised contents for the General Terms and Conditions by the method of e-mail notice or written notice by Kidzania, the member shall notify it to the e-mail address or mail address most recently provided from the e-mail addresses or other addresses already provided to Kidzania.
The revised General Terms and Conditions under the provision of this Article (hereinafter referred to as the "revised General Terms and Conditions") shall be effective from the effective date and on in principle.
Any member having any objection in relation to the revision of the General Terms and Conditions is subject for membership withdrawal. However, any member not withdrew from the membership within 30 days after the notice of Kidzania following the matters set forth under Paragraph 1 or Paragraph 2 of this Article shall be considered as agreeing to the revised General Terms and Conditions.

Article 14 (Damage Compensation)

In the event that there is any loss to Kidzania due to a member breaching the provision of the General Terms and Conditions, the member breaching the General Terms and Conditions shall make full damage compensation inflicting on Kidzania.
For a member to use the service, in the event that there is any tort activity or breach of the General Terms and Conditions to cause Kidzania to receive various complaints, such as, claim for damage compensation or litigation from a third party other than members, the member shall hold Kidzania harmless with its own responsibility and expense, and in the event that Kidzania is not exempted, the member shall make full compensation for damages inflicted upon Kidzania.

Article 15 (Exemptions)

Kidzania shall be exempted of its responsibility on service provision in the event that it cannot provide the service due to the natural disaster or its equivalent force majeure.
Kidzania shall not be responsible for interference of service use from the fault of member.
Kidzania shall not be responsible for any loss from the data gained for each the service or loss of expected income by using the service by member.
Kidzania shall not be responsible for any content on reliability, accuracy and others of information, data or fact posted on the service by the member.
shall not be responsible for any loss from intentional or negligent act of subscriber from the losses generated to subscriber in relations to the service use.

Article 16 (Court of Jurisdiction)

In the event that there is any litigation on the dispute arising from the service use, and in the event that there is not stipulation made, both parties may raise litigation to the court of jurisdiction under the Civil Litigation Act.
